175th Anniversary of Royal College - Royal Parade 2010 A large number of Group of 70 members took part in the Royal Parade which was part of the 175th Anniversary celebrations of the college. The members wore the new Group of 70 T shirt with the figures 70 emblazoned at the rear and a Gold coloured unique Gladiator helmet. The parade went round a pre-determined route in Colombo amidst heavy rains and the helmets were the first casualty since these were made of paper pulp but the brave Gladiators hung on to the remnants until the end!
